At the beginning of the implementation process, you will be assigned a Project Manager who will take responsibility for your account from day one. This individual will ensure that your implementation is kept on target and within budget and will liaise with any other consultants who contribute to the delivery of your chosen solution.
During this initial phase of your CRM implementation, your consultant will guide you through the various areas of the products (and related topics) and discuss your ideas and goals for the solution. This will enable all concerned to proceed to the configuration stage with confidence.
Your software will be configured according to the specifications agreed during the design session(s). You will have the opportunity to test and review your new prototype system before it is applied in the 'live' environment. Typically, your system configuration will evolve over a period of weeks during the implementation process.
Our consultants will provide you with a checklist of items to ensure that the solution is introduced into the correct IT infrastructure within your organisation. The configured system will be applied. All workstations, links to word processing software, e-mail etc. for any new workstations will be applied.
We will obtain data samples from you in advance and ascertain the best way to ensure that all your existing data (if relevant) is successfully transferred to GoldMine. If your data is 'live', we can offer a special 'out of hours' data migration service during the evening or at weekends.
We offer a full report writing service, or alternatively, we can train you to write your own reports.
We have a team of systems integrators dedicated to extending the functionality of your CRM system via bespoke work. Typically, development work is carried out using Delphi/ASP development via the Application Programming Interfaces supplied with our products. Popular integration/bespoke work includes the following:
- Web Interfaces and forms
- Integration to accounts packages
- Links to Sales Order Processing - e.g. SAP
- Bespoke interfaces to cater for sales methodologies - e.g. Miller Heimann.

All support enquiries are logged on our own CRM system and you are issued with a unique reference for each separate enquiry. This method ensures that your query is correctly tracked and escalated to reach a speedy conclusion. We are happy to provide a sample contract, which details our Service Level Agreements to you upon request.
Once your system has been installed all your end users and administrators will be trained either your own site or at our training suite in Richmond, Surrey.
