Consultancy sessions support the design of the system to ensure that it is configured to support your business processes.

During this initial phase of your CRM implementation, your consultant will guide you through the various areas of the products (and related topics) and discuss your ideas and goals for the solution. This will enable all concerned to proceed to the configuration stage with confidence.
It is important to plan the way in which the solution will be configured within your organisation in order to maximise the potential of the system from an early stage. The information that is gathered at this stage allows us to formulate a more detailed configuration plan, to ensure that the CRM solution will meet your immediate and long-term needs and expectations.
We will provide a preparation guide for you to work through in advance of the workshop sessions, which will explain the areas of the system that we will be examining and document the findings of the session in a formal report to you, if required. As the project progresses, we will continue to review the agreed configuration and adapt it, as necessary, to encompass the requirements of all users.
