Our aim is to be as flexible as possible to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers. As such, our consultancy and training is specifically tailored to your own business processes with an agenda agreed in advance. All consultancy and training services are offered at your own premises or our own facility in Richmond. We supply a customised CRM ‘quick reference guide’ for all your users at no extra charge (see sample page). In addition, technical and user-orientated fact sheets will also be supplied as required. Prior Analytics also run a range of public courses at our centre in Richmond.
