BDS GoldNotes Version 8.7 is compatible with:
GoldMine 5 and 6 releases, GoldMine build 10111 or higher, and with both SQL and dBASE versions (GoldMine 6.7 has been successfully tested)
Lotus Notes R5.0.2b and higher R5 versions and R6 versions (Lotus Notes 6.5 has been successfully tested)
GoldMine® and Lotus Notes® Email, Calendar and Contact Synchronization
Lotus Notes Email Synchronisation to GoldMine
- Retrieve email addresses from GoldMine and bring them into the Lotus Notes for sending
- Send email from Lotus Notes and have the message & attachments appear in GoldMine
- Receive email in Lotus Notes and have the message and attachments appear in GoldMine
GoldMine and Lotus Notes Bi-Directional Calendar Synchronization:
- Activities scheduled in GoldMine will be seen in your Lotus Notes Calendar
- Activities scheduled in Lotus Notes will be seen in your GoldMine Calendar
Associates who have access to your Lotus Notes calendar, but not your GoldMine calendar, will now be able to see your scheduled activities… no more double entry of schedules. Schedule changes made to activities in one system will be seen in the other system.
Contact Synchronisation:
- Synchronise contacts and contact groups between GoldMine and Lotus Notes
- Synchronise contact additions, modifications and deletions between GoldMine and Lotus Notes
- Perform initial contact record imports into GoldMine or Lotus Notes
BDS GoldNotes Contact Synchronisation enables an individual to sync a group of contacts between GoldMine and Lotus Notes and vice versa. This synchronization can be bi-directional between GoldMine and Lotus Notes or can be one way.
