- Our recommended method of usability testing puts users in front of the CRM system and presents them with tasks to complete using scenario based exercises. These are typically incorporated into our training sessions once the learner has been instructed in the methods needed to complete the task.
- So, in the case of a training session for account managers, we would ask them to bring a forecast with them to their training session and they would input their live data into the system with the help of their trainer/faciliator.
